Real will partner Xu Jiayin, chairman of Guangzhou Evergrande Real Estate Group - which operates Guangzhou Evergrande - to open a school in Guangdong province in 2012.
The two sides, who came to the agreement during Real Madrid chairman Florentino Perez's three-day stop in Guangzhou, also plan to partner on activities including regular friendlies, youth training, player exchange and overseas market development.
