Coach Manuel Pellegrini has been backed by the wealthy Malaga's owner and is under pressure to deliver a top four finish this year as Al Thani has plans to add European football to further entice more big names to the club.
He has gone on record to declare that there will be more to come from the Andalusian club as they plan to become one of the biggest clubs in Spain.
