Real Madrid made their latest addition to his squad for next season when the Spanish club agreed to sign German-born Turkey midfielder Hamit Altintop from Bayern Munich on a free transfer.
A statement on the club's official website reads: "Real Madrid C.F and former Bayern Munich player Hamit Altintop have reached an agreement in which he will join the club for the next four seasons."
Altintop is Mourinho's second signing after fellow Turkey midfielder Nuri Sahin joined from Borussia Dortmund last week.
