Real Madrid are Stronger - Ozil

Real Madrid playmaker Mesut Ozil believes the current Los Blancos side is significantly stronger than they were last season.

"We are much stronger," Ozil told Kicker.

"We've taken a step further compared to the previous campaign."

And despite Real regularly adding new players to their ranks, Ozil believes the squad are now starting to gel together as a unit.

"Real Madrid have made a lot of signings in the last couple of years, but you can now tell we understand each other on the pitch."

Cristiano Ronaldo refuses to rule out a move to Manchester in the future

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has refused to close the door on a potential return to Manchester United, after admitting he left a part of himself in England. The Portuguese forward left Old Trafford for the Bernabeu in an £80million world-record deal in 2009.

He told Sky Sports News: ‘Maybe in the future I hope so, because I know the league, I know the players, I know the atmosphere.

‘I have good memories from Manchester and when I watch sometimes the games I miss it a lot because it's part of me I left in England.

‘The most important reason why I moved is the challenge because I really like to put myself under pressure to see what I can do, but I really miss the Premier League - for me it is along with the Spanish league the best league in the world.

Callejon has faith in himself

Real Madrid winger Jose Callejon is cautiously optimistic about his chances at succeeding at the club in his second attempt.

Callejon re-signed for Madrid in the summer in a €5.5 million deal just three years after leaving the club.

The winger, who came on as a substitute in Madrid's 6-0 win over Zaragoza in the opening round of La Liga fixtures, hopes to make a bigger impression at the Spanish giants than some other talented players who have come before him but failed.

"I do not want what happened to Pedro Leon and Sergio Canales to happen to me, though I am aware that on this team only the best play and that it will be hard to play, but I trust my chances," Callejon said at a press conference.

Luis Enrique Martínez García, born on 8 May 1970 in Gijón, Asturias, known as Luis Enrique, is a retired Spanish footballer. Gregorio "Goyo" Manzano Ballesteros, born on 11 March 1956, is a Spanish footballmanager, currently in charge of Atlético Madrid.

Villarreal have confirmed the signing of Udinese defender Cristian Zapata for an undisclosed  fee.

Spain Under-20 international Isco has completed his move to Malaga after agreeing the personal term with the club.
The 19-year-old, who was born just outside Malaga, became the ninth summer acquisition by the Andalusian club after Valencia agreed for a fee in the region of €6 million.

Real complete Coentrao capture


Real Madrid have confirmed the signing of Portugal left back  Fabio Coentrao from Benfica on a six-year contract.
Coentrao passed a medical and agreed personal terms on Tuesday before signing a six year seal with the Copa del Rey champion.
Madrid have not disclosed the fee involved in the deal but the official site of Benfica show that the Spanish side have paid a figure in the region of €30 million (£27 million).
There have also been claims that Ezequiel Garay could be used as a makeweight in the deal, although this has yet to be confirmed.

Real Madrid Sign Turkish Midfielder Nuri Sahin


Playmaker Nuri Sahin has agreed to join Real Madrid from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund after both the clubs agreed on the player value.
While the clubs did not disclose how much Real agreed to pay, his contract with Dortmund included a clause that allowed him to leave if there was an offer of €10 million or more from outside Germany.
German-born Sahin is the youngest Bundesliga player to make debut in the league at the age of 16 years and 355 days, and the youngest scorer, netting against Nuremberg three months into his top-flight career.

Highly-rated French defender Raphael Varane signed for Spanish giants Real Madrid from French Second Division side Lens.
The 18-year-old defender, who has played just 23 Ligue 1 matches in a season that saw Lens relegated - signed a six year contract with Real Madrid after passing his medical, the club announced.

 Real Madrid have reached an agreement to sign winger Jose Callejon, back from Espanyol for the next five seasons, the Spanish club announced.
The 24-year-old, a former Spanish under-21 international, moved to Espanyol at the end of the 2007/08 season and made 97 appearances for the Barcelona-based club, scoring 10 goals.

Getafe have confirmed the transfer of Spanish winger Pablo Sarabia from Real Madrid, with the 19-year-old signing a contract until the summer of 2016, according to the statement on club official website.

Barca turns victorious, glorious moment for new comer Fabregas


Lionel Messi turned hero for the Catalan side as they won the Supercopa trophy against Real Madrid in 5-4 aggregate scoreline. Messi’s goal two minutes before the time frame game vital lead over Madrid, finally clinching the title.

Fabregas came on moments later for his first appearance for the club he left as a 16-year-old following his return from Arsenal.
The match looked headed for extra-time until Messi volleyed a late winner before Marcelo's sending off for a reckless scissor tackle on Fabregas sparked an injury-time brawl in which Mesut Ozil and David Villa, both of whom had already been substituted, were shown red cards, and Madrid boss Jose Mourinho appeared to tweak the ear of one of the Barcelona staff.
But if the game ended in ugly scenes, it started with one of beauty as Barcelona went ahead in the 15th minute with a goal of simplicity and brilliance.
Messi escaped his marked in midfielder for long enough to slide a perfectly-weighted through-ball into the path of Iniesta, who waited for goalkeeper Iker Casillas to go to ground and coolly dinked the ball over him.
